- What's included for free?
- The records: leases, tenants, documents, maintenance requests, and your deposit and condition-report ledgers. Rent collection is the paid upgrade.
- How is the subscription priced?
- By the number of units you manage. You'll see the exact price for the plan that fits your portfolio when you sign up — no card required to start.
- Which states are generated lease templates available for?
- Georgia and Massachusetts. Generated leases are built from a counsel-reviewed template for that state, so we only offer them where we have one. Everything else — leases you upload, rent collection, deposits, maintenance and records — works in every state.
- Can I change or cancel later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the app.
